Ingenia A-BW is a semi-automatic machine for bending plastic sheets up to 15 mm thick. Bending cycle runs automatically. Bending times are set on the display. Bending angle is set with manual adjuster from 10° to 95°. Heating and bending is executed in one position plastic sheets do not have to be moved during the cycle. This makes handling the machine much easier and operator-friendly.
Ingenia A-BW is available with working width of 2 m, 3 m and 4 m.

Digital timer with option to prolong / shorten each step of bending cycle
Manual valves for regulation plastification and bending forces
Milled surfaces of top table and clams prevent from moving of workpieces

Steplessly regulated bending angle 10-95°
Steplessly regulated clamping pressure according to material hardness
