Manual butt welding machine for plastic sheets
Compact, manually operated butt welding machine for plastic sheets. Ingenia HAND is available in two versions:
- For sheet thickness 3 – 15 mm and max. width 2000 mm
- For sheet thickness 3 – 20 mm and max. width 1500 mm
Welding temperature is close-loop controlled and consecutive steps of welding cycle (aligning / preheating, welding, cooling) are executed manually by means of hand wheels. Clamping pressure is evenly distributed through single valve pneumatic system. Ingenia HAND is a perfect solution for welding smaller workpieces (parts of swimming pools, ventilation pipes, containers), also as aid for extrusion welding and for mobile applications.
