Ingenia SP pallet welding machines are custom made machines for producing pallets from thermoplastic materials. Machine enables to weld pallets, pallet ends and/or covers. Complete welding cycle is executed automatically. All crucial parameters of welding process may be either inputted manually or downloaded from data base.
In standard version of a machine – a pressure control valve is used for manual setting of the joining force. On request machine may be equipped with a proportional valve to extend the force control.
Working width is 1.2 m, 1.5 m or 2.0 m; the largest cutting surface to be welded is 300 mm
