INGENIA Y-P-SF surface welding machines are robust, all-round machines for welding large-area components horizontally. Machine is suitable for processing all common thermoplastic materials. Welding cycle runs automatically and all parameters of the process are controlled via. PLC.
Minimum working width is 0.6 x 0.6 m (Model 06.06 SP); the maximum one is 2 x 2 m (Model 20.20 SP).
Ingenia Y-P-SF machine may be additionally equipped with:
- Extra clamping units for clamping a number of workpieces
- Fumes extraction tubes (without fan)
- Safety door for manual loading and unloading
- Width adjustment handling unit for automatic loading and extracting products incl. feed and end loading belt
- Force measuring system with force control and offset compensation, FESTO all-in arrangement incl. printer
- Online diagnostic system
