Electric band saw with manual feeding for cutting plastic pipes of diameter from 50 to 450 mm. BSM 450 is the smallest model but also one of the most popular one among plastic processing companies. Rigid, torsion-resistant construction, robust drive motor and band guides with bearings provide for clean, precise cuts and trouble-free operation of the saw. With the right cutting band, BSM is also a perfect choice for cutting composite pipes.
The BSM 450 saw enables straight and angled cuts of pipes Ø 50 to 450 mm. After mounting optional attachement, it is possible to produce curved-in cuts in pipes up to Ø280 mm. Maximum radius of the arc is 315 mm. Restriction of pipe length when cutting with arc attachement:
max. lenght 450 mm – pipe Ø280 mm
max. lenght 500 mm – pipe Ø200 mm
max. lenght 550 mm – pipe<Ø160 mm
