Riexinger BSM 630 R / 630 RW
Band saw for plastic pipes; staight, angled and curved-in cuts
Heavy duty, electric band saw for facial processing of plastic pipes of different diameter (200 – 630mm). Band saw is optimised for processing of moulded parts and splitters. BSM 630 are equipped with rigid, torsion-resistant frame, industrial drive motor and bearing band guides. Those features provide for clean, precise cuts and trouble-free operation. Standard equipment of BSM 630 R:
Cutting curves up to Ø 800 mm and at 90°
Cutting blade guides with ball bearings
Main switch with drive protection and electronic blade brake
Spring tensioner for cutting blade tension adjustment
Optional:
Pneumatic clamping device
Producing 45° curved-in cuts or off-centre curved-in cuts up to Ø 800 mm pipes
Standard equipment of BSM 630 RW:
Straight cuts (max. lenght 500 mm) and angled cuts (one way)
Precise regulation of cutting angle from 0° to 45°
Possibility of cutting along a curve (smooth and precise regulation)
Possibility of making a curved cut with an offset (the center of the pipe is not in line with the cutting radius - the offset can be adjusted)
Bearing-mounted cutting belt guides
Tensioning system to compensate stretching of the cutting blade
