The orbital saw OS 270 by RIEXINGER is the variable, mobile solution for straight cutting of plastic pipes with a diameter of 630 mm to 1,200 mm*. Powerful. Versatile. Easy to operate with infinitely variable electric feed and thanks to the variable chain clamping system, even thin-walled pipes, such as GRP pipes, are not deformed either when clamping the machine or when sawing.
Runs almost by itself

This is exactly what our new orbital saw OS 270 makes possible: Compactly built for location-independent sawing.
With a suitable lifting device, the saw can be easily clamped onto the pipe by one person and then easily operated via the control box without any further intervention.
Variable chain lengths with system
The basic chain for tubes with a diameter of 630 mm can be extended to the required chain length of the respective tube diameter by means of supplementary segments.
This is done using a simple click system with magnetic bolts. In order to determine the appropriate length, all supplementary segments are colour-coded according to the adjacent table.
The basic equipment includes supplementary segments up to a pipe diameter of 1,200 mm, with larger diameters being possible. The appropriate supplementary segments for larger pipe diameters are available on request.
