Welding machine for the production of manholes for plastic tanks. In the PLC controlled machine floor panels (Ø 1100 mm) are welded to molding manhole components. A fully insulated chamber where the large heating element is retracted, saves a lot of electrical energy which would otherwise be simply released into the environment.

PTFE coated heating unit 45kW with insulated chamber

Force applying via KGT and servo gearmotor controlled by frequency converters
