Welding rod extrusion making machine from PE & PP Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 mm.
The cooling section is equipped with electrical fans to ensure smooth and homogenous end product. No water cooling or compressed air is necessary. The control electronics is based on a SIEMENS S7-1200 controller, which is encapsulated in an industrial casing. A 4” touch display supports the setup of the machine. The extruder will be delivered with 3 extrusion heads, which cover the rod diameters of 3, 4 and 5 mm. Adjusting the towing speed does the fine-tuning of the diameter.
