Bending machines and bending-welding machines for plastic plates (PE, PP, PC, PVC, PVDF, polycarbonate, PMMA) are most often used in the production of ventilation ducts, covers, linings, partitions, profiles (U, L, closed), construction elements, pipes and various fittings.
Bending of plastic sheet is carried out in consecutive cycles: loading and immobilizing the plate, heating the material in the place of bending, bending, cooling down. Depending on the needs and model of the device, the bending process can be carried out manually, semi-automatic or automatic with use of PLC-controlled machine. The use of a professional bending machine guarantees, above all, appropriate process parameters: times, temperature and forces acting on the material. These are the basic factors to maintain the highest and repetitive quality (strength, shape, aesthetics) of the finished product in serial production.
